Estpolis Denki (J) (V1.1)

Post by Eyedunno »

Hey guys, I'm an infrequent visitor to these forums, and the last time I visited was to mention a version of Garou Densetsu (Fatal Fury) that wasn't in NSRT (That thread is here).

Well, I just dumped another one, and this one isn't even in the DAT-o-MATIC database (guess I'll try to send it later). The dump in question is Estpolis Denki (Lufia 1, stateside). Without further ado, here is the NSRT output with the -hashes parameter:

Code: Select all

--------------------------Database--------------------------
ROM wasn't found in the database (possible bad dump).
You can try using -fix or -findover to see if the
file has been slightly altered in a rectifiable way.
Anyway, yeah, hope that can be of some use to Nach (and maybe others). Also, is there a version of NSRT that will run on Windows 7 64-bit? I've had to use a seriously old netbook for this. :(

Hrm, well, that is the version I used, but Windows 7 didn't like it. Would it help to use the version with the frontend or something?

The only version for Windows comes with a frontend, but I presume you won't have to use that if you don't want to. You should not be downloading the MSDOS version unless you actually need to run it from DOS.

The latest Windows version works in 64 bit Windows for me. Make sure you're trying the Windows version and not one of the others.
May 9 2007 - NSRT 3.4, now with lots of hashing and even more accurate information! Go download it.

Sorry to get back to this thread so late, but thanks. I had indeed apparently been using the MS-DOS version of NSRT, and the Windows version works a treat.
