Getting the Docs via SVN

Post by Richard C. »

Where to Get It:

The ZSNES Documentation is packaged with all official ZSNES releases, available from the SourceForge file release system and ZSNES.com.

You can also find the latest official docs, as well as the WIP docs, online at zsnes-docs.sf.net.

SVN Instructions:

ZSNES-Docs trunk repository location: https://zsnes-docs.svn.sourceforge.net/ ... docs/trunk
This is the location you should enter into your SVN client to download the ZSNES-Docs trunk.

http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=127354 - Specific instructions for accessing ZSNES-Docs' SVN repository.

http://sourceforge.net/docs/B01#svn_client - SourceForge supported SVN clients.

http://sourceforge.net/docs/F07/ - Configuration instructions for TortoiseSVN (for Windows).

http://sourceforge.net/docs/F06/ - Configuration instructions for official SVN client.

http://cia.navi.cx/stats/project/zsnes-docs - Check for updates to the docs in real-time.

Please look at the latest version before posting changes, etc.

SourceForge updated the connect method for SVN in November. Please refer to http://sourceforge.net/docs/E09#notice for more information. You don't necessarily have to follow those instructions. You can just delete your working copy and re-check out a copy using the new URL. It should fix some problems like 50x errors.

Changed svn.sourceforge.net to zsnes-docs.svn.sourceforge.net. Thanks.

The current to-do list isn't necessarily up to date, either. Take a look at the last time it was edited.

BTW, I'm bassjpc on SourceForge.
