I have a Athlon 64 processor with 512 Ram with the win 32 verision of Zsnes. While I am playing a game such as super mario brothers it will freeze for a moment and then continue to play. This makes it very hard to play the games. IT happens often but not all the time. Is there something I can do to stop this??
Thanks Sal

Do you have a lot of resource hungry background processes running at the same time? What video card do you have? ZSNES version?

I have an Althon 64 with 512 MB RAM too, and I've never experienced the problem you describe.

sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

It is a Laptop running Verision 1.42 win 32. As for the video card It is a 64 bit memory. Ati Mobility Radeon 9600. Yes it is Super Mario All stars and there is nothing running in the background. This is the second computer I have tried it on and both do the same thing, the othere was a celeron 450 mhz 256 ram. It happens with other games as well. Any idea's.
This is the laptop I am using

He's probably using Windows XP Serivce Pack 2. Ever since I installed it on my machine, ZSnes and a few other emulators will sometimes stop for a few seconds then continue. I have nothing running besides whats under my Processes Tab.
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?
