Bug report

[Snowvahkiin]

I am having a problem setting my keys in zsnes (this just recently started happening i used to happily play earthbound) Anyway i am using windows 8. I have tried downloading the newer version and redownloading and stuff of the sorts but whenever i try to set my keys the whole thing just crashes on me. Could somebody explain to me whats happening?
