Chrono Trigger

Post by Deblois »

Yo I've been trying to make my own version of chrono trigger with new quests and and storyline, and I've managed to figure out basically everthing accept for editing the Events, its so complicated, can someone give me a good tutorial site or mentor me in the strings?
I've been using http://www.zophar.net/utilities/sneslevel.html
The chrono trigger editors on this page are very sweet and actually allow you to change almost every aspect of the game if you know how to do it
But as soon as I know the event data the game will be dope, also I made chrono room look dope and changed a bit of the future overworld for now but when chronos mom goes to open blinds in room or when chrono does it switches back and forth from my created room and the new room :p
Stupid colour shading
But anyone that knows anything about rom hacking could help me out or even put a crew together to work on this it would be soo sweet[/img]

I'm was thinking of doing something like that, but I couldn't find enough info. You ROM hackers tend to keep your information to yourself (please don't critizize me, I'm the one having touble finding information (all I get is, just search, search, search and be patient.)), anyhow I suggest you contact a ROM translator, one of them may be able to sort you out.

I really hope English isn't your first language. I tried to read your post and didn't understand what the hell you were talking about.

Aside from trying to parse through your run on sentences and lack of capitalization, it was hard to read. You also used 'dope' in seemingly two different contexts, and I was unable to decipher the meaning of this word that does not appear in the dictionary.

I have corrected your post to reflect something coherent. Maybe this will help translate for other people who may want to help.

The Chrono Trigger editors on this page are very sweet, and actually allow you to change almost every aspect of the game, if you know how to do it. As soon as I know the event data, the game can be enhanced to greatness. Also, I made Chrono's room look great. I also changed a bit of the future overworld for now, but when Chrono's mom goes to open blinds in the room, or when chrono does it, it switches back and forth from my created room and the new room. :p Stupid colour shading.

This isn't the fourm you should be asking this in, you should go to the Chrono
Compendium Fourms and check out Kajar Laboratories. They will be sure to help you out.

At marcthemer: Resize your avatar. It's a tad too big.

At shinrin: Resize or remove your sig. Again, it's a bit too big.

Well it's a bit of a problem, I can't see it - The school seams to block everything from edgeemu.com

Luckaly, it doesn't block board.zsnes.com

Well, it's not really a problem now. Their avatar and stuff are okay now.
