I don't see any difference with the old system...

Yeah, I know. I was just copying and pasting from some other site. Chances are, whoever translated the scans and copied down all the info wasn't exactly familiar with how FF3 handled changing classes.

Discussion of this game seems to be split over many topics.

Anyhow, I saw this on dcemu. I don't need any convincing to buy this game, but these shots are sure to whet everyones appetites.

E3 trailer is released. There is only 10 seconds of gameplay footage, but it's all good.

I love how Square just calls it Final Fantasy III like they completely forgot about their screwjob they tried to pull on us in the 90's when they ALREADY releasing games titled FFII and FFIII.

I actually like the fact they use the real names this time around.

I do too. I'm just pointing out how they just gloss over their screwups like they never did them.

The art team seems the same one from FF Tactics/Legend of Mana. The engine looks like the FFVII/VIII/XI.

Playing:
Blur, Front Mission DS, Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, The Last Remnant
In Line:
Far Cry II, Final Fantasy XIII, Revenant Wings

This doesn't make any sense.
Art teams for LoM and FFT are different.

Engines for FF7/8 are similar, but 11 is VERY different.

What are you smoking ? Can I have some ?
Btw, if you fail at roman numerals (XI <-> IX), just use arab numerals like everybody else.

OBJECTION ! </gyakuten saiban>

1- It made perfect sense. You're the first person to say ff11 and ff7 had similar engines.
2- It wasn't flaming. Or if you call this flaming, real flames will likely make your head blow like the krakatoa did in 1883.
3- ????
4- It's "shall" and 'topic'. Capitals only for proper names and sentence start.
5- moo
6- Threatening board admins isn't recommended if you give any worth to your anal virginity.
7- Profit !

Somehow it reminds me of the old Wild Arms a little. I hope that someday FF1&2 and FF4-6 gets this treatment.

I love the new art style and am glad they did away with the Crystal chronicals style for this. While I find CC's artstyle unique, I don't think it fits the mood of FF3, let alone look very good on a lower resolution. I am totaly psyched for this and can't wait :).
... Ever take a look at the Earthbound ROM? I SWEAR THE PROGRAMMERS WERE ON CRACK WHEN THEY DID IT! JUST LOOK AT IT!
