I can set up the buttons for all of player one's controls, but for player two, I can't click SET KEYS or set each kety individually. It just doesnt't respond. what's wrong?

He set the "CDV" to "Keyboard/Joystick". ZSNES won't let you configure keys if CDV is set to "None".
