Assigning multiple buttons to keys more than once

How can I assign game buttons to keys, but more than once?
Like say, I assign Y to the 'L' key.. but want to also assign Y to the 'K' key.
or assign Y to L, and 'K' and also to 'O'.. while assigning B to ',' and to 'O'..... which would mean the input for O would use Y and B at the same time.
basicly, i just want 2 keys that use all 3 punch and all 3 kicks on their own keys (for street fighter)

Try using the USE PLAYER 3/4 AS PLAYER 1/2 option. Then you can assign at a SNES button to two different keys on the keyboard. Read the documentation on how to do this.
