Thanks.Clements wrote:This is a work of genius. Takes away any possible difficulty there could be in compiling ZSNES.

Not everyone goes decide to compile ZSNES for Windows... that's why it appears hard.Bahamut_ZERO_939 wrote:How the heck is ZSnes hard to compile?
Though... this tool rids of the difficulty (perceived or otherwise).

Kick ass, that was about the easiest thing I have ever seen.Nach wrote:I am now able to release to you guys ZGet v2.0!

An image resize script would mean that the board server would host your avatar image, which puts more bandwidth/storage/processing strain on the board's server.Bahamut_ZERO_Clue wrote:I said I'd handle it you stinkin' goomba, when I had time. Why the hell don't you geniuses put in a image resize code then. You're so damn smart and all.

Re: Btw:
When running you can tell it c:\zget\ instead of c:\KingHanco wrote:If you have a MinGW for Mame. Please change it name into something else. Other wise it will download the MinGW files over it in C:\ drive. I change it to Mame-MinGW on my C:\ drive already.

Re: Btw:
I have it setup like this.Nach wrote:When running you can tell it c:\zget\ instead of c:\KingHanco wrote:If you have a MinGW for Mame. Please change it name into something else. Other wise it will download the MinGW files over it in C:\ drive. I change it to Mame-MinGW on my C:\ drive already.
Run.Bat - To run the checking, downloading and compile.
set path=c:\mingw\bin
e:\ZSNES-SRC\zget.exe
pause
I have a question. After that I make the zsnes.exe, do I need to deleted anything after that or leave it alone? (In Mame, we have to deleted the obj folder with the files after the Mame.exe is made.)

I thought of it, but why?Clements wrote:Possible feature: Any plans to add upx, eg. After the build has been successfully compiled, you are prompted if you wish to compress the exe with upx or not.
You want upx, it's included in my package, do it yourself
upx --best zsnesw.exe
*Nach waits for comment about other params

I think the move to SVN has been indefinitely postponed. And I imagine Nach would update ZGet to work with the new repository.SquareHead wrote:I remember that ZSNES was converting to subversion. Does this mean that ZGet will no longer work?
