Certainly.

* It now searches for existing installs.
* Will not try to download archive again if not installed but archive is there.
* Allow custom installation path
* Archive integrity verification
* Better path handling
* Can now compile internally
* More verbosity

This is a work of genius. Takes away any possible difficulty there could be in compiling ZSNES.

The only exception is that it doesn't stop complete stupidity from failing.

Has hard as it is for people to read the rules about avatars. Shrink it or remove it.

Not everyone goes decide to compile ZSNES for Windows... that's why it appears hard.

Though... this tool rids of the difficulty (perceived or otherwise).

I'll get a smaller avatar soon. I've been a bit too busy with other important work to worry about shrinking it.

An image resize script would mean that the board server would host your avatar image, which puts more bandwidth/storage/processing strain on the board's server.

If you have a MinGW for Mame. Please change it name into something else. Other wise it will download the MinGW files over it in C:\ drive. I change it to Mame-MinGW on my C:\ drive already. :D

I have it setup like this.

Run.Bat - To run the checking, downloading and compile.

set path=c:\mingw\bin
e:\ZSNES-SRC\zget.exe
pause

I have a question. After that I make the zsnes.exe, do I need to deleted anything after that or leave it alone? (In Mame, we have to deleted the obj folder with the files after the Mame.exe is made.)

Possible feature: Any plans to add upx, eg. After the build has been successfully compiled, you are prompted if you wish to compress the exe with upx or not.

I thought of it, but why?
You want upx, it's included in my package, do it yourself :P
upx --best zsnesw.exe

*Nach waits for comment about other params

I remember that ZSNES was converting to subversion. Does this mean that ZGet will no longer work?

I think the move to SVN has been indefinitely postponed. And I imagine Nach would update ZGet to work with the new repository.
