Someone trustworthy to also have access to the board server to apply php mods would be nice. :D

Mods suck and don't get updated. Keep the board running standard phpBB, latest version.

Perhaps a few modifications that don't affect stability/security.

Something that would auto resize avatars, so threads won't be cluttered with "TAKE YOUR FUCKING HUGE ASS AVATAR DOWN!!!". A board statictics mod would be cool, with all kinds of info. I know there was a thread somewhere where people proposed all kinds of mods, I'll try to dig it up.

Such a server might be possible, but we don't even have netplay code right now. I was thinking more of things we could do right now.

I will look into getting any mods you guys want installed, as long as they don't pose any obvious security issues with our setup.

Oh! A mod that requires you to enter a word or something from an image when you register, to get rid of those bots we were having a problem with before.

A button to report users, threads or posts to moderators/admins without having to send PM's.

Then again, that could just be used to spam mods/admins.

1. yeah change the signup page so near the bottom after reading the rules, it says "click disagree" (it'd be on the left like normal) to accept the rules. that way when they skim through and click agree on the right, it'll lock out your registration for say 1 minute.

2. make a special position for me as king mod, cause one of these mod guys goes around locking interesting topics for no reason other than he has a tiny penis and therefore can't masturbate it.

Now that's a good one.

The board needs more people. How do we do that?

The problem with too many mods as someone mentioned, is that there are like 4 mods, and 10 regulars, so the ratio is a bit out of whack. That said, make me a mod - I've been here for like a decade.

Well the only things I can think up are activating custom titles and adding some kind of RPG system or shop system.

PHPBB-Mods is a very good site to use. ;-)

Hell, you can update the existing PHPBB board to PHPBB fully modded (and have all the mods installed allready).

I can't speak for everyone, but I dont think that too many people here would want zboard to attract the kind of person who would be inticed by those types of features.
