How to Download Dejap roms

How am I supposed to download the dejap Snes roms from the site cause I did and then I tried to play it and it wouldn't work!!!!

Please Help!!

First off, those are IPS files, TRANSLATIONS. The ROMs are sperate files, which you must find on your own.

Ignoring the rather offensive comment Vault Dweller posted, here is what you need to do:

You need to use the special Dejap emulator, reconfigure the drawing routine, compile, and then hack the zsnes backroom to get the appropiate dlls.
