Black screen

everytime i load i just see a small black box. thats all. ive left it on for 30 minutes it still is like that. whats wrong?

Please refer to the README files that came along with the program. If you find no README files, download the most recent version of ZSNES and preform a clean install (don't forget to read the documents).

If the problem isn't solved using the methods mentioned there, post again.
