WAV to BRR conversion woes

There's only a few porgrams out there which apparently suck so I'm (tyring) to use the only 'good one' which would be the foobar 2000 plugin that supports it along with a whole bunch of other formats.

Thing is, I can't figure out how to work the damn thing. I've never used this program before but I can't find anything that hints towards the function of converting to BRR. Except for the 'Components' at the top of the preferences menu that states it spurpose... Converters only have presets and adding one requires an EXE. The zip file only came with a DLL and nothing else. I put it into the components fodler and I don't know where to go from there.

Once again, what is the oh so simple thing I'm missing? I think I looked everywhere with no success.

I'm using v 0.9.4.2 btw.
