What is the best Nintendo DS emulator available that runs New Super Mario Bros., if any exist.

The best emulator is no$gba. It probably can't run NSMB, and you need the DS firmware and BIOS to run commercial ROMs.
DS emulators suck ass right now. Get a real DS.

No$Gba runs NSMB to my knowledge, but slowly.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?

I use DesMuMe for Yoshi's Island DS and it works like a charm, but yeah, I don't know about NEW! Super Mario Bros.

It's a 2D game. DS emulators don't handle 3D that well. It's fairly hit and miss.

yeah there are two bios required, one for the ARM7 and one for the ARM9, plus the firmware.
