Is it just me, or is nobody really doing much for april 1st?

I was actually sorta looking forward to this shit, but apparently not a lot of people really do much or anything at all this year. Or maybe... that's the joke? DUNDUNDUUUN etc.

So what are some good pranks that you've seen?

In spanish speaking countries, instead of celebrating April Fool's, we celebrate the day of the innocent Saints, which is December 28.. So no, everything has been normal so far.

Yeah uhh, I mean more like, on the internet. I haven't seen a lot of pranks on websites and stuff at all, as opposed to the past few years where teh internets were unrecognizable. Maybe people are just tired of doing them?

Yeah, I'm surprised no one has pranked me this April Fools, and the bad thing is. I'm pretty gullible. I never really seemed to prank anybody else either.

True, but that didn't stop me from running mplayer in the background playing the mosquito ring tone every 15-30 minutes for the day, on our work computer. That and about 5/6 of our workforce are women 20-25. I just couldn't resist.

Agreed. Really, 90% of April fool's pranks aren't funny. Some are just plain mean, or in poor taste.

We didn't do anything over at ROMhacking.net. What's there to do really? Pretend the site was hacked? Lame.. Pretend I died? Lame...

Nothing that was actually funny and hadn't been done a million times over came to mind. I'm sure that's what happened to a good number of other people. Instead of doing something stupid, they just didn't do anything.

I'm all for a GOOD entertaining prank, but nothing presented itself.

And I told a friend Pit Fighter was the best SNES game ever made and that he should play it right now.
I did feel kind of lame after I did that.

I got call from work at about 10am. I got paid about 1.25 hours of weekend overtime to go fix a printer, which took me all of 2 minutes. The printer was was playing a very cruel joke on me. I was hoping it was going to be more complicated than blowing the dust out of it, loading the paper correctly and hitting the feed button, so it was at least worth coming in but it wasn't and I wanted to drop kick it. Then I went back to bed and slept til 2pm. That's about it.
