Seems the emulator cuts to about half speed, then back to normal time intermittently. This happens with multiple ROMs. Any help is much appreciated.

This is an extremely long shot, but could the culprit be the 64-bit Windows?
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

Well, I did try Ipher's x86-64 build as well, and that build was problematic as well. *shrug*
