Well, there Far East of Eden Zero, FEOEZ Shounen Jump, Super Power League 4 and Momotarou Densetsu Happy. Those four use the SPC7110 packs.

If I remember correctly, Yoshi's Island saves your progress automatically everytime you clear a level. I could be wrong though as it's been a while since I've played it.

Check the box for Force PAL / Force NTSC, however forcing a PAL game to go 60Hz is not very wise.

No, you can't disable the rom information tesxt unless you modify the source yourself.
