"surround sound"+disabling stereo=no sound

Post by Skiessi »

Disabling stereo sound should automatically disable simulated surround sound, because it "nullifys" the sound completely. Using 1.50 Official release.

eww this should be fixed already...

I'm lost as to what you are saying. If Stereo sound is diabled, the Surround sound option is hidden... (and even if it were checked before it is disabled, it won't do anything anyways).

So, this is intended behavior unless you clarify your bug.

o_O Well...it worked for me now too, but yes, it does mute the sound when setting stereo sound and simulated surround on and off, trying randomly will help to recreate the "situation"

my sound stuff:

Ok, I'm able to reproduce this. For now, try not to just turn off+on the options at will. Generally you really wouldn't need to anyways.

Note: Changing the sampling rate will guarentee you playing the music way too fast.
