Looking for Snes9XPP XE latest version...

The latest version of this emulator is Snes9xpp XE Rev12-0004,I have searched around but I think it can't be found on internet now,anyone here have this version?

i've always had the idea that ZSNES was the pinnacle of SNES emus. it makes any other hardly worth trying
