sound bug in zsnes 1.51
Hi everybody. I have the following problem: when I want to change the sound quality and click in the black box, it stopped in "22.050" and isn't the "44.100" option. I tried to edit de .cfg file, but although I change the values, it "forgets" the data and continue at 22.050. What happens, cause the old versions allow to change until 48.000?

You can't use frequencies greater than 22000Hz in the DOS port for the following reasons:
1) You don't have a SB16 compatible card.
2) Since you don't have #1, you are limited to 22000Hz when Stereo is in use. This is intentional behavior since the Sound Blaster hardware cannot perform greater than Stereo+22000Hz or 44000/48000Hz+Mono.
Not a bug.

It is worth pointing out... but in older versions, ZSNES "appeared" to allow you to do Stereo @ 44000/48000Hz, but in reality, 22000Hz was enforced for Stereo and frequencies > 22000Hz when you don't have a SB16 compatible sound card.
It is important to point out that ZSNES visually enforces this in 1.50/1.51. There isn't really any change in behavior in the sound code.
