Probably not. Wouldn't make sense to scale down all that prettiness.
Also look at the text, of course it's not the actual res of the game.

The more I look at that character roster, the more I think the developers are a big bunch of homos. Just an observation.

That or they're trolling their fanbase.

And their main character, Ash Crimson, looks like a gay as well. I really believed he was a girl when he was introduced in KoF 2003. Whats gotten into SNK??
